Consisting of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, it is the capital of the state of Andhra Pradesh. It boasts of some fine examples of Qutab Shahi architecture, after all it was founded by Mohammed Quli, the Sultan of the Qutb Shahi Dynasty.
